Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information gathered automatically when you use our site.

  • Contact and business details you submit through our forms, onboarding survey, or when you book a call, such as your name, email, phone number, company name, and information about your business.
  • Onboarding and account information you provide to set up services, such as brand assets, account access details you choose to share, and agreement details.
  • Payment information processed through our payment provider. We do not store full bank or card numbers; those are handled by our processor on their secure systems.
  • Usage information collected automatically, such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and general location, through standard web technologies.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, deliver, and improve our marketing, web design, and video services.
  • Respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, and communicate with you about your account and projects.
  • Complete onboarding, prepare agreements, and process billing.
  • Send you account and onboarding messages by email and, where you have opted in, by text message.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

SMS and text messaging

We collect your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages through our onboarding survey, where you enter your number and check an opt in box. We use text messaging only to send you the account and onboarding messages you agreed to receive, such as a welcome message with a link to your client folder and onboarding updates.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your text messaging opt in is not shared with anyone for marketing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. If you opt out, we will stop sending you text messages other than a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business and provide our services, including with:

  • Service providers that operate on our behalf, such as our customer relationship and messaging platform, payment processor, scheduling tool, cloud storage, and website hosting. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Digital Reality, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

As noted above, mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
